About the Job

NEXEX Cloud Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Store & Packing Executive / Warehouse Assistant to support our day-to-day store, inventory, packing, dispatch, and product handling operations.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, organized, physically active, and willing to handle hands-on store and packing work.

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Holiday

Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Inventory Management

• Manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities
• Receive incoming products and verify quantities
• Arrange and organize products properly in the store
• Maintain proper stock records
• Assist with regular physical stock counting
• Check products for damage, shortage, or mismatch
• Keep the store clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Ensure products are stored safely and systematically
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and office team regarding stock requirements

Product Checking & Damaged Product Handling

• Check products carefully before packing and dispatch
• Identify damaged, defective, scratched, broken, or incorrect products
• Take clear photos of damaged products for documentation and records
• Photograph product packaging and external damage whenever required
• Maintain records of damaged products
• Inform the concerned team immediately about damaged or missing products
• Keep damaged/returned products separately until further instructions
• Assist the e-commerce team with photographs and documentation required for Amazon/Flipkart claims, returns, reimbursements, and investigations

Product Packing

• Pick products according to customer orders
• Check product model, quantity, and order details before packing
• Pack products safely and securely for dispatch
• Use appropriate packing materials such as cartons, bubble wrap, tapes, labels, etc.
• Apply shipping labels, invoices, barcodes, and other required documents
• Ensure the correct product and quantity are packed for every order
• Follow proper packing procedures to minimize product damage during transportation
• Double-check packages before handing them over for dispatch

Dispatch & Courier Coordination

• Prepare products for daily dispatch
• Coordinate with courier and logistics personnel
• Hand over shipments to courier partners
• Maintain daily dispatch records
• Verify shipment quantities before handover
• Handle returned products and reverse shipments
• Check returned products and report their condition
• Take photographs of returned/damaged products when required
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team regarding pending, dispatched, and returned orders

Basic Computer & Documentation

• Update basic stock and dispatch details in Google Sheets / MS Excel
• Maintain inventory, packing, damage, and dispatch records
• Print invoices, shipping labels, and other documents
• Use basic computer applications and MS Office
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing products
• Upload or share product/damage photographs with the concerned team when required

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of store and warehouse operations
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock management
• Basic knowledge of packing and dispatch procedures
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
• Ability to read and understand product/order details
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions correctly
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic English reading and understanding preferred
• Ability to use a smartphone for taking clear product and damage photographs

Candidate Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable with store and packing work
• Responsible and punctual
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Should handle products carefully
• Should be comfortable standing and moving around during working hours
• Should be able to lift and move reasonably sized cartons/packages when required
• Should be comfortable taking photographs and maintaining basic records
• Previous experience in warehouse, store, packing, logistics, courier, e-commerce, inventory, or dispatch operations will be an advantage
