Store Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Assistant to support our automotive store and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming automotive parts and materials.
• Assist in issuing parts, tools, and materials to technicians and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Arrange and label items systematically for easy identification.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the Store Keeper.
• Prepare materials and parts based on internal requests.
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries and material issuance.
• Keep the store/warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Workshop, and other departments.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Store Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
• Automotive spare parts/accessories experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Physically fit and able to handle/store materials safely.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
