Role Description The Store Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory of electrical materials and accessories. Responsibilities include assisting customers and walk-in clients, preparing orders for dispatch, coordinating with the online sales and logistics teams, and ensuring accurate stock records and labeling. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe store environment, handling basic documentation, and supporting periodic stock checks and audits. The Store Assistant will work closely with colleagues to ensure timely order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills and basic product knowledge to assist with in-store inquiries and support order preparation.
• Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure orderly store operations.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities or a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and product ranges.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or POS systems are beneficial.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or electrical materials trading is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely, follow health and safety guidelines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
