- Assist the Store Incharge in day-to-day store operations.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Issue materials against approved material requisition slips.
- Maintain stock registers, and inventory records accurately.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Assist in periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of inward and outward material movements.
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and vendors for material receipt and dispatch.
- Report shortages, damages, excess stock, and discrepancies to the Store Incharge.
- Support ERP or inventory software data entry and documentation.
- Preserve material-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, gate entry records, and issue slips.
