Store Assistant

• Handle all goods receipt operations, including verification of quantities and condition of incoming materials.
• Perform system transactions for goods receipt and issuance in a timely and accurate manner.
• Issue parts and materials to production based on approved requests or job orders.
• Conduct periodic cycle count.
• Pack and ship finished good according to customer's requirement.
• Update stock in SAP system for all receiving and issuing transaction.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper labelling, storage, and cycle count activities.
• Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in all warehouse areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• Certificate in Warehouse/ Logistics or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Possess Forklift License.
• Familiar with 5S and safety practices in warehouse environments.
• Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
