Store Assistant

About the role

Store Crew responsible for serving customers directly in the store in a friendly and professional manner, managing sales transactions, and maintaining store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers directly in the store with friendliness and professionalism
• Input and manage sales transactions
• Create notes, invoices, and sales administration
• Manage stock data and conduct stock checks
• Arrange and ensure items are organized neatly by category
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming goods
• Handle customer orders through WhatsApp/online
• Provide product information, pricing, and item availability to customers
• Assist with packing and preparation of customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort of the store area

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK
• Able to operate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Attentive, honest, disciplined, responsible, and possess good communication skills
• Friendly with customer service orientation
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Able to work with targets and follow company SOPs
• Experience as store admin, cashier, retail, or customer service is a plus
