Store Assistant

About the role

Join Apotheca Marketing Pte Ltd as a full-time Store Assistant based in the West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the company's warehouse and distribution network, ensuring that products are stored, handled and dispatched in a timely and organised manner.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading deliveries, checking stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory records
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Adhering to all health, safety and security policies and procedures

About you

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, logistics or retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual handling tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehousing best practices would be an advantage
