Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
• Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques
• Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage checkout processes efficiently, including handling cash, card transactions, and phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette
• Keep the store tidy by restocking shelves, organizing stock rooms, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met
• Support inventory management by conducting stock counts and assisting with deliveries as needed

Requirements

• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock counts
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth store operations
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team and independently when required
• Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone or in person
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
