Store Assistant

About the role

This role involves assisting in daily store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and issuing of goods, managing inventory, and preparing orders.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in daily store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and issuing of goods
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents
• Perform stock in and stock out transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for customers.
• Ensure products are properly stored, labelled and arranged for easy identification
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment when required
• Conduct regular stock checks and stocktake to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist in loading and unloading goods, as well as preparing shipments for delivery
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper organisation of the store and warehouse

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Age between 18-35 years old
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Physically fit and able to handle and move goods when required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required
