Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of medicines, surgical consumables, and equipment to prevent shortages.
• Stock Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods using rotation methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to manage expiry dates.
• Material Issuance: Issue supplies to various hospital departments (such as the operation theatre or wards) based on approved requisitions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate physical and digital records of stock movement, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and material issue slips.
• Auditing: Conduct periodic physical stock checks and help reconcile any discrepancies during internal or external audits.
• Department Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and clinical teams to streamline procurement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
