The Role
As a Store Assistant, you will support daily store operations, assist shoppers with product choices, and help keep our shop floor looking fantastic.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide expert recommendations.
- Stock Management: Unpack deliveries, replenish shelves, and manage inventory rotation.
- Till Operations: Process accurate cash and card transactions smoothly.
- Store Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy shop floor and backroom.
What We Are Looking For
- A friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak trading hours.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, though full training is provided.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
