Store Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receipt, storage, stock control, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain precise inventory records and continuously monitor stock levels.
• Receive and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate material dispatches and ensure timely delivery to project and site locations.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, stock reports, and other logistics documentation accurately.
• Track transportation and delivery progress, liaising with drivers and transport service providers.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory records with actual quantities.
• Monitor all material movements and maintain comprehensive records for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and organisation of materials within the warehouse.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers, procurement teams, site personnel, drivers, and other departments to meet material requirements.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
