Key Responsibilities:

Managing the daily schedule/ task of the team.

Filling, updating & storing files to ensure they are accurate & accessible.

Monthly stock check for store

Daily key in manual stock card.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadline.

To check and ensure goods accurate quantity before loading into the lorry.

Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed.

Positive working attitude, details oriented, responsible, committed, independent and resourceful.

Any other duties & responsibilities as & when assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM /Diploma, or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel and others.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
