JOB OPENING – PURCHASE ASSISTANT

Position: Purchase Assistant
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Description:

• Assist the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities.
• Source materials, suppliers, and quotations for construction requirements.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and supplier details.
• Coordinate with Site, Store, Accounts, and Project teams.
• Follow up on pending materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Support vendor comparison and negotiation activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of all purchase transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement in Civil & Construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials and purchasing procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Tamil, Kannada, and English language skills preferred.
• Tamil Nadu candidates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred Locations: Coimbatore, Salem, Chennai, Erode & Tiruppur

Education : Any Degree, Diploma in Civil, or BE civil
