Store Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods.
• Maintain proper records of stock, receipts, and issues.
• Assist in issuing materials as per authorized requirements.
• Arrange and organize materials systematically in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Store In-Charge about shortages or damaged items.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and support inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and safe storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
• Prepare and maintain stock-related documents, registers, and reports.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage physical stock efficiently.
• Prior experience in a store/warehouse role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
