Store assistant

Responsibility

• Receive, inspect and very incoming goods against DO and Invoices.

• Arrange and store goods in designated storage areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and accessibility

• Conduct daily stock checks and update inventory records accurately in the system

• Ensure FIFO and proper product rotation to maintain product freshness and quality

• Coordinate with procurement,production and logistics teams on stock level requirements.

• Maintain good warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist with monthly quarterly and yearly stock counts.

• Report stock discrepancies, damages or shortages to the superior

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/store operations

• Able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift

• Physically strong and able to handle manual lifting

• Responsible, discipline and able to work independently with minimal supervision
