Store Assistant

Job Summary

The Store Assistant is responsible for to support day-to-day store operations, material management, stock maintenance, documentation, and timely updating of store records to ensure smooth and efficient store activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day activities of the Stores Department.
• Maintain and update stock records, Bin Cards and material documentation.
• Monitor AMC Min-Max stock levels and ensure timely stock updates.
• Identify and manage materials properly at the Stores.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and stock.
• Handle store documentation and mail communication.
• Ensure proper material management and systematic storage.
• Use MS Excel and computer applications for store-related activities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Identify and resolve routine store-related issues with a problem-solving approach.
• Handle work-related conflicts politely and professionally.
• Follow safe, disciplined, and organized working practices.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduation in any stream.
• 13 years of experience in the Stores Department.
• Strong knowledge of stock maintenance and material management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Knowledge of Store Documentation and Mail Communication.
