Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.
• Maintain stock records and update inventory registers.
• Issue materials to the concerned departments as per approved requirements.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
• Assist in physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and other store documents.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in the store area.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 12th pass or ITI/Diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge; MS Excel is preferred.
• Knowledge of stock registers, inward/outward entries, and inventory control.
• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
