Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Store Assistant to handle daily store activities, including material receipt, storage, stock maintenance, and material issue to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and components.
• Check materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records.
• Issue materials to Production and other departments as per requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Incharge.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures in the store.
• Prepare material inward and outward records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
• Support inventory control and prevent material loss or damage.

Educational Qualification

• Any degree.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Salary

• Salary will be based on experience and skills.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners with store experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
