Store Assistant

About the role

This is a warehouse operations role focused on receiving, binning, kitting, and cycle count processes. You will manage inbound materials, ensure accurate inventory transactions, and support production scheduling through organised material handling and SAP system management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the unloading process and ensure delivery is correct
• Conduct physical checks and apply Handling Unit (HU) labels on cartons/pallets
• Perform receiving transactions to generate inbound (GRN) and completion goods received based on department PMP and WI
• Pass Good Receiving Notes (GRN) to IQA for inspection process
• Perform B2B (binning of goods) once incoming material is accepted by QA
• Login to SAP system and perform B2B transactions
• Conduct daily housekeeping
• Ensure materials are kitted per priority list and time schedule given by planner
• Pick items based on Transfer Order list and place kitted materials onto pallets/cages
• Issue to production per planner priority list and schedule, and perform PGI once issuance is complete
• Perform cycle count process using RF gun based on Count Sheet provided by Store Supervisor
• Support customer interplant transfer requests and parts returns

About you

• Minimum SPM (Form 5)
• Minimum 3 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics
• Ability to handle warehouse equipment such as Forklift, Reach truck and Stacker
• Computer literate
• SAP/Oracle system experience is an added advantage
