Store Assistant

About Us

Xess Trading Co LLC is a Dubai-based trading company that supplies architectural interior films (Kointec) and customised corporate gifts to clients across the UAE. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Store Assistant to support our daily operations, keep the store organised and make sure orders go out accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store and office tasks as required.
• Pick, pack and label customer orders carefully, making sure the right products and quantities go out.
• Prepare delivery notes and coordinate deliveries with drivers and courier companies.
• Receive incoming stock, check it against purchase orders and report any damages or shortages.
• Keep the store clean, safe and well organised, with products correctly stored and labelled.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system or spreadsheet.
• Carry out regular stock counts and help with monthly inventory checks.
• Alert management when stock is running low so it can be reordered on time.
• Handle film rolls, gift items and packaging materials with care to avoid damage.
• Support the sales and production teams with samples, material preparation and urgent orders.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a store assistant, storekeeper, warehouse helper or similar role in the UAE.
• Basic knowledge of stock control, packing and dispatch.
• Basic computer skills (Excel / WhatsApp / email) to update stock records.
• Organised, careful and able to work with attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move rolls and boxes.
• Basic English communication; Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam or Tamil is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
