🛍️ The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Store Assistant / Specialist to support daily store operations, inventory coordination, customer service, product organization, and administrative activities.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store and operational activities.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and service requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Assist with receiving, checking, organizing, and recording products.
• Support order processing, product updates, and fulfilment activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics, and internal teams.
• Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate product information and operational documentation.
• Support promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
• Prepare basic operational reports and inventory updates.
• Help identify opportunities to improve store processes and efficiency.
• Follow company procedures relating to inventory, customer service, and operations.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in retail, store operations, customer service, inventory, or a related function is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of inventory and basic operational processes.
• Familiarity with POS, inventory-management, ERP, or retail systems is advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Excel and data-entry skills.
• Strong customer-service and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
