Duties

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience
• Stock shelves efficiently using manual handling techniques and inventory management systems
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners safely to load, unload, and move products
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading deliveries while following safe lifting practices
• Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock counts and proper documentation
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, packaging products, and ensuring the store looks inviting
• Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold a safe, tidy environment for staff and customers

Skills

• Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Experience with warehouse operations, including forklift operation and manual handling techniques
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, stocking procedures, and merchandising standards
• Proficiency in using RF scanners, inventory management software, and basic math for stock counts and transactions
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a busy retail environment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving abilities
