Store Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS systems for cashiering with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
• Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information and support as required
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Support team members with various store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with technology sales or product demos is advantageous
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are necessary
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential
• Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
