Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance on store merchandise.
• Generate quality sales transactions with customers
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to prevent shrinkage, identify stock discrepancies, and support accurate inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring merchandising standards are met.
• Support cashiering duties by processing transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service at checkout counters.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail store operations or warehouse environments with familiarity in stock handling, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock organization.
• Basic math skills for counting stock, processing transactions, and managing inventory records accurately.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills to engage with shoppers confidently.
