Store Associate

About the Role:

Howel & Co is opening its first offline store and is looking for a dedicated Store Associate to support daily retail operations while delivering a professional and refined in-store experience. This role includes assisting clients, maintaining store presentation, supporting sales activities, and ensuring service aligns with Howel & Co’s standards.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is an advantage
• Able to respond to client inquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to support both client service and day-to-day store operations
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

What you will do:

• Welcome and assist clients with a warm, polite and professional approach
• Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations aligned with Howel & Co’s brand values
• Support sales transactions and after-sales service in accordance with store procedures
• Conduct daily stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized throughout operating hours
• Participate in training sessions, including product knowledge and service standards
• Assist with opening and/or closing store activities based on shift schedule
