Position Overview

Capsule is seeking a friendly and dependable Store Associate to support customers, maintain an organized store, and assist with daily retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide helpful service
• Assist customers with product questions and purchases
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Stock, organize, and merchandise products
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Receive and organize inventory
• Support daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills
• Able to stand and move throughout the workday
