Store Associate

Position Overview: Join a team dedicated to feeding communities as a Retail Store Associate, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role includes restocking shelves, slicing deli meats, receiving products, assisting customers, and processing transactions while maintaining a clean environment. This position fosters community engagement and requires a passion for service.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, stock and rotate products, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, resolve pricing discrepancies, operate equipment safely, follow food safety procedures, support other departments, and participate in store promotions. Flexibility in shifts (morning, day, evening) and various roles such as cashier, deli, produce, bakery, floral, grocery, dairy, or utility clerk are expected.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic retail knowledge helpful
• Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, and operate various equipment
• Ability to read, learn, and retain product information
• Experience preferred but not required
