Store Associate-ITI

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Stores Associate to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate records of materials, and ensuring timely availability of components required for production.

The role acts as a coordination link between procurement, stores, and production teams, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and issued efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a structured documentation-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Material Management

 Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and components.

 Maintain organized storage of wire harness components, connectors, cables, and related materials.

 Issue materials to production teams as per work orders and maintain accurate records.

Stock Monitoring & Documentation

 Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

 Maintain stock registers and update inventory data in internal systems.

 Ensure traceability of materials used in production.

Coordination with Production

 Ensure timely availability of materials required for assembly and testing.

 Support production teams by preparing kits of components based on engineering

Quality & Compliance:

 Ensure proper storage practices for sensitive components.

 Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

 Maintain documentation related to material movement and usage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

 Is organized and disciplined with strong attention to detail.

 Is comfortable handling inventory, documentation, and basic data entry tasks.

 Has a process-oriented approach to work.

 Is willing to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Experience: less than 1 year in stores, warehouse, or inventory management roles (manufacturing environment preferred).

 Skills: Basic MS Excel and documentation skills, logical thinking, and accuracy in record keeping.

 Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in any technical or relevant field.
