Store Attendant

About the role

Drive sales by assisting customers with product selection and maintaining an organized, welcoming storefront.

Key responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, answer questions about different art mediums, and help locate specific tools
• Manage daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and securing the premises.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising to create an inspiring environment for creators.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately.
• Unpack shipments, stock shelves, and arrange eye-catching product displays for new arrivals
• Maintain cleanliness

About you

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• College level is considered, as long as there is prior experience as a store attendant.
