Store Auditor

KNC Group of Companies is a franchisee of Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) and is looking for a Store Auditor that ensures comprehensive audit coverage of KNC Group stores by performing operational, financial, and compliance audits. This role bridges the gap between KNC Group's growing store investments and the audit group’s capacity, ensuring timely and effective audit execution within the required man-days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Planning Support - Support the Internal Audit Head and Leads in planning and prioritizing audit activities to meet coverage requirements
• Audit Execution - Conduct store audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls
• Financial & Control Review - Review store financials, inventory management, and asset controls to identify risks and inefficiencies
• Reporting - Prepare concise and detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommending corrective actions
• Collaboration & Follow-up - Collaborate with store teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implement process improvements

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HRM or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in internal audit, F&B store operations, or a related compliance role.
• Strong understanding of store cash control, inventory management, fixed asset management, and operational processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site audits and fieldwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify control gaps and operational inefficiencies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple audits concurrently.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with store teams and management.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional skepticism in audit work.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
