Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
• Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
• Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
• Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
• Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
• Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks, and assist with receiving shipments
• Uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to company policies at all times

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
• Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
