• Manage the operation, development and advancement of personnel under Credit & Collection Department.
• Implement credit & collection policies and guidelines, and ensure staff adherence at all times.
• Responsible to achieve and improve the ideal collection efficiency in the branch.
• Update and submit reports needed by the Management in connection to duties and responsibilities.
