STORE CREW

Location: Poblacion 2, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Work Setup: On-site

We’re looking for Store Crew to join our team and support the daily operations of our store. This is a multi-skilled role where you’ll be trained across cashiering, beverage and food service, customer service, and shelf replenishment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist and serve customers
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions
• Prepare beverages and food following standard recipes and food safety procedures
• Replenish and organize shelves and chillers
• Monitor product availability and expiry dates
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product presentation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and store safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and report stock discrepancies
• Support the team during peak hours and rotate between assigned areas
• Complete opening, closing, and daily store procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior High School graduate or K-12 equivalent
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English and Filipino
• Valid food handler’s health certificate or willing to obtain one
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry stock
• Preferably a resident of Sto. Tomas or nearby Batangas areas

PREFERRED

• College Graduate
• At least 6 months of retail, convenience store, QSR, or food service experience
• POS/cashiering experience
• Basic barista or beverage preparation training
• Food safety or sanitation training
