Store Crew – Job Description

The Store Crew is responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers find products and provide basic product information
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions, if assigned
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and good display of the store
• Refill and arrange products on shelves or display racks
• Check product stock and report shortages
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Follow company policies, standards, and procedures
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve store targets

Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, honest, and willing to work in shifts
• Able to work as part of a team
• Prior retail experience is a plus
