Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance about products and store promotions
• Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer procedures with integrity
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
• Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays in line with merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock counts, and reporting shortages or damages
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support sales goals through proactive upselling techniques and personalized customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and retail store product knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise safely, and work flexible hours including weekends
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and phone etiquette enhances your ability to excel in this role

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
