About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Store Crew member to join the team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN. This is a full-time position based at our E Rodriguez location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail bakery shop. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our store.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude, answering questions about our bakery products and offerings
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments
• Stock shelves and displays with bakery items, maintaining neat and attractive product presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store, including the retail floor and customer areas
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing new stock as required
• Pack customer purchases carefully and professionally, ensuring products are properly bagged
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
• Support promotional activities and help implement in-store displays and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store objectives
• Adhere to all health, safety and food handling regulations at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to commit to a full-time schedule
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
