About the role

We are seeking a Store Crew member to join the team at BW Superbakeshop-Eljin, located in Mexico, Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment within the retail and consumer products industry. As a Store Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our store. This position is essential to ensuring our customers have a positive experience every time they visit, and your contributions will directly impact our store's success and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection
• Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly arranged and clearly labelled
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently during checkout transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including aisles, storage areas and customer-facing spaces
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory deliveries
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally
• Follow all company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines
• Support team members and collaborate to achieve daily operational targets

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of work
• Physical capability to lift, carry and stock merchandise throughout your shift
• Ability to work flexibly, including potential weekend and evening shifts
• Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain store standards
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management
