Store Design

• Develop and prepare store design concepts, layouts, and visual presentations based on company brand guidelines and store requirements.
• Create and revise 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for retail stores.
• Translate business and operational requirements into functional and visually appealing store designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, landlords, and project teams regarding store design and implementation.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure designs are suitable for actual site conditions.
• Prepare design proposals, material specifications, furniture layouts, signage, lighting, and other store design elements.
• Review design drawings and ensure implementation is aligned with approved concepts, technical requirements, and brand standards.
• Monitor the progress of store construction or renovation and provide design-related support when required.
• Identify design issues and provide practical solutions while considering functionality, aesthetics, budget, and project timelines.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking teams or stakeholders regarding design requirements, revisions, and project updates.
• Maintain proper documentation of design drawings, revisions, project files, and related materials.
• Support multiple store development, renovation, and improvement projects according to business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Store Design, Interior Design, Retail Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Architecture, Interior Design, Design, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other relevant design tools.
• Have a good understanding of retail/store layout, space planning, interior design, materials, and construction processes.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and architectural/interior design plans.
• Strong visual, creative, and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to conduct site surveys and field visits when required.
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus, especially for communication with Mandarin-speaking teams or stakeholders.
• Willing to travel or visit store/project locations when required.
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
