Store Design Manager

• End-to-End Design Leadership: Lead the design process for retail projects (200 to 1000+ sqm) from initial concept development to final build-out and site opening.
• Original Conceptualization: Develop unique, brand-centric design concepts independently. We are looking for innovators, not just designers who copy and paste standard guidelines.
• Technical Execution: Deliver comprehensive design packages, including zoning concepts, 3D modeling, high-quality visualizations, material sample boards, and construction documents.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, DTC/Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, Construction, and BU teams to ensure a smooth execution and business results.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary design point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external vendors (architects, contractors, fit-out suppliers).
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with ASICS' global design guidelines, landlord criteria, but with more innovation ideas. 任职资格:
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in retail design, specifically within sports, light-luxury, or trending lifestyle retail brands. Strong retail business sense.
• Project Scale: Proven track record of independently managing retail projects ranging from 200 to 1000+ sqm from concept to completion.
• Background Requirements: In-house brand experience is highly preferred. Agency background is also welcome, but must have experience working on international platforms or global brands.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in 2D/3D software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong knowledge of interior materials and construction details.
• Soft Skills: Strong creative drive, execution capability, and a willingness to take on challenges. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Education & Language: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Proficiency level required);
