As a Store Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the team in store design to support the business objectives, and foster collaboration across departments and strategic partners. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Store Designer.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support store design projects from master layout planning to design concept implementation
• Prepare master layouts and interior designs, and assist in developing in‑house store design concepts
• Ensure layouts meet statutory requirements while supporting business and operational needs
• Drive design consistency by aligning concepts with approved master layout blueprints and rollout standards
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget; experience using AI tools for design, analysis, or workflow enhancement is a value‑added advantage
• Assist in ad hoc project as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• Solid experience in store design, preferably in FMCG / retail industry
• Dynamic, proactive and a good team player with ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Deliver practical, attractive and brand-consistent store designs that enhance the customer shopping experience
• Support new store openings, renovations and rollouts by providing accurate layouts, design documentation and timely project coordination
• Improve store planning efficiency by balancing customer flow, product presentation, operational requirements and statutory compliance
• Strengthen collaboration between Store Development, Store Operations, Property and external partners to achieve smooth project delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement of store design standards, workflow efficiency and rollout quality
