Store Designer - Spatial Design

A brief summary of job profile:

Senior Graphic Designer - Spatial Design is responsible for creating high-quality digital assets across various multimedia and graphics projects. This role involves designing engaging content for in-store space designs , websites, mobile apps, advertising, animation, and social media, and interactive displays.

Key Accountabilities:

-Responsible for brand identity applications across a range of material including:

• Campaigns
• POSM adaptation
• Collateral, merchandise, packaging

-Environmental graphics: Create and develop graphic designs (wall art, posters,...) for a new store opening that aligns with the nearby community, store location and culture.

-Design and produce engaging digital media assets, including:

• App promotion materials (banners, icons, and landing pages)
• Social media graphics and campaigns
• Online advertisements (static and animated)
• Video content and animations for various platforms
• Website design and user interface elements

-Ensure brand identity consistency by creating visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints and stores.

-Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring all files are properly labeled and stored for future use.

-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

-Stay up to date with industry design trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative ideas and enhancements for existing assets.

-Experiment with new design techniques and software to improve workflow and output quality.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Training Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a relevant field.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a creative designer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Experience in spatial design is highly preferred.
• Experience with animation and video editing tools is a plus.

Knowledge of:

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite & AutoCAD/ SketchUp.
• Strong sketching and conceptualization skills, with the ability to explain the strategy behind designs.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is highly desirable.

Working hours: as per business needs. Typically 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.
