Store Development Specialist (6-month external contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative tasks, including document filing, drawing management, and project file organization.
• Conduct site visits to existing and new stores for inspections, progress checks, and issue identification.
• Perform accurate site measurements using measuring tools (tape, laser measurer, etc.) and prepare measurement reports.
• Take clear site photos and maintain photo records for projects.
• Assist in material sample collection, organization, and tracking (including logging, labeling, and storage of material samples).
• Support site meeting coordination, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports, cost tracking sheets, and timeline updates.
• Support quotation collection, basic cost comparison, and vendor coordination.
• Provide ad-hoc support on other Store Development projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in fit-out, interior design, or project coordination (contractor / consultant background preferred).
• Hands-on experience in site measurements and material sample handling is highly preferred.
