Job Responsibilities

• Assist the investment and development manager in achieving the company's expansion plan goals
• Study population, consumer flow, transportation infrastructure, and household statistics to identify potential business expansion sites and promote store opening rates
• Compare the market environment, rent, and competitors in the fresh food industry
• Follow up on the rental situation of the store, including negotiation, signing, renewal, etc
• Communicate and coordinate with real estate developers, owners, real estate agents, and other parties to maintain good relationships
• Coordinate with property owners, management companies, engineering departments, and contractors on matters such as construction, decoration, and renovation projects
• Responsible for finding suitable franchisees and providing consultation and professional guidance services on leasing matters
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Three years or more of work experience in investment and development, with priority given to those with experience in investment and development in the fresh food or retail industry
• Possess a strong business network and be familiar with the operations of real estate developers, homeowners, real estate agents, government departments, etc
• Possess knowledge of business district planning, investment expansion, and store location selection
• Possess strong market perception ability, keenly grasp market dynamics and directions
• Familiar with leasing procedures and required legal documents
• Familiar with computer operations, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Viso software
• Possess excellent negotiation skills and communication abilities
• Good ability to withstand pressure
