Store Development Staff

Store Development Staff is responsible for supporting the planning, construction, renovation, and opening of Franchise stores. The role coordinates with Franchise Department , Supply chain Department, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure store projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail, construction, property development, or project coordination is an advantage, Fresh Graduate is Welcome to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willing to conduct field/site visits and travel when required.
