Store Director

Beyond Talent is partnering with one of the world's most prestigious and established luxury Maisons to appoint an exceptional Store Manager for its Berlin boutique.

We are seeking a commercially driven and inspiring leader with a strong sales mindset, exceptional people management skills and the ambition to drive business growth while delivering an outstanding luxury client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the boutique's commercial performance, driving sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, fostering a strong sales culture and a results-driven mindset.
• Define and implement commercial strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and strengthen relationships with VICs and HNWIs, developing a loyal and international client portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive clienteling, networking and local market initiatives.
• Act as a hands-on leader, actively supporting the team on the sales floor and driving individual performance.
• Ensure the highest standards of luxury service, brand representation and boutique operations.

The Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Boutique Director within a prestigious luxury Maison.
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and growing business performance.
• Natural leadership abilities, with the confidence to inspire, coach and develop successful teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent understanding of luxury clienteling, VIC management and relationship-driven sales.
• Strong communication skills, presence and the ability to represent a prestigious international Maison.
