What they need
- Receive and inspect engineering materials and spare parts and indirect material.
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
- Material Inward (GRN), Issue materials to maintenance/engineering teams.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for low-stock items.
- Maintain proper storage, labelling, and organization.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock checks.
- Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and accounts departments.
- Prevent stock shortages, damage, and unauthorized issues.
- Proficient in SAP Transaction and System Work (MGO, Transfer Posting, Invoice Creation, Vendor Rejection)
- Preferably candidate is from 2-wheeler or tier one company
- Good in Excel and MIS preparation, knowledge of Power BI etc
