RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct hands-on training for new and existing staff on the proper use of store machinery.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular store visits to check equipment operation and provide refresher training when needed.
• Troubleshoot basic machinery-related concerns and coordinate with technical or maintenance teams for advanced issues.
• Develop and improve training programs based on actual store operations and equipment needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• With experience in equipment training, machine operations, or a related role, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
• Familiar with beverage and dessert equipment such as ice cream machines, tea brewers, sealing machines, and similar equipment.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical or mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to different store locations and work under pressure; high school diploma required, with relevant technical training or certification preferred.
