What they need
- Manage end-to-end daily store operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, monitor stock levels, and coordinate orders to ensure store profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the Store Crew, providing continuous training and performance oversight.
- Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to the company's operational standards, including food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of F&B experience with strong leadership.
Proven leadership experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
High adaptability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
