STORE EXECUTIVE

• Oversee daily store operations, including assisting Store Supervisor with inventory management and stock control.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials according to procedures.
• Issue materials/ tools to internal teams as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly ( Stock Card & QNE system).
• Monitor stock levels, raise requisitions, and coordinate with purchasing and project teams.
• Conduct regular stock accounts ( daily,monthly , quarterly) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of store and storage areas.
• Assist in audits and disposal of obsolete/ scrap items as per company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with store safety, quality and environmental standards.

Competency Requirements

• Minimun SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in storekeeping or relevant role ( marine/ engineering field is an advantage).
• Computer literate, knowledge of inventory system such as QNE is preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and store procedures
